Nature of the services — consulting, not legal practice
Visa Business is a consultancy specialised in business intelligence applied to United States immigration matters and in business consulting. The Company is not a law firm, does not provide legal services — in Brazil or in the United States — and does not act as legal representative of the client before USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services) or any other authority. Because of its consultative nature, the Company does not prepare, sign or file Form G-28 (Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney or Accredited Representative), which is restricted to attorneys and accredited representatives. The documents produced do not constitute legal advice; a client seeking legal guidance or representation is advised to engage a licensed immigration attorney at their own expense. The obligations assumed are obligations of means, not of result, consisting of the technical and diligent preparation of the documents engaged. The Company does not promise, guarantee or suggest approval, a decision timeline or any petition outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any decision, request for evidence or denial issued by an immigration authority.
